Designation : Associate/Analyst/Sr. Analyst Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Mumbai Shift : Night Voice/Non Voice Skill : NV Job Summary : Before purchasing the loan from originator/lender one needs to check if all the required documents have been provided. Knowledge, Skills & Ability: 1. Knowledge of the US Mortgage Industry, Post Closing 2. Knowledge of different types of mortgage’s, its functioning and the documents involved inMortgage Processing 3. Good written communication skills are required to understand and update comments and communicate with various stake holders. Good E-mail Etiquette 4. Strong Customer Service Skills, Detail Oriented with good analytical skills and have the abilityto make decisions based on the situation. 5. Should be able to effectively use a computer 6. Must be a team player Responsibilities : 1. Complete all the loan files received every day to the maximum of 70 loans per day as a team 2. Check for the various closing document such as final CD, IEAD, first payment letter, NOTE, DOTfinal 1003, etc. 3. Check other documents such as initial and final LE, initial CD compliance test, 4506T, W9,Borrower Authorization, etc. 4. Check if MERS website is updated with correct mortgage details 5. Update all required loan level information such as HOI/Flood/wind storm, escrow information,MIN #, details from final CD like finance charges, APR, Total Payments, Amount financed on LR portal application. 6. Upload document such as NOTE, Final CD, IEAD, First payment Letter in BLITZdocs application Education Qualifications: 1. Graduation and above Additional Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in US Mortgage – Post closing 2. Willingness to work in Night Shifts 3. Willingnessto work on weekends based on Client requirement.
