Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Specialist will review call recording of internal collectors as well as 4th party law firms to ensure compliance with regulatory and client guidelines.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Monitor of call recording for both internal collectors and 4th party law firms’ agents to ensure guidelines are being followed
- Pull of recording for audit deliverables for all clients and internal departments
- Gather audit deliverables specific to client requests
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to interact and communicate well with clients and law firms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of applicable state and federal collections law
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and the call recording software
- Adapt to different client guidelines
- Ability to meet client deadlines
