Customer Service Representative – Card Payment Support

Job Overview

Join our fast-growing team as a Customer Service Advisor focused on Card Payments. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking support with payments, billing, and account questions. We're looking for service-oriented professionals who thrive in a team-driven environment and are excited about making a real impact.

Key Details

  • Job Type: Full-time | In-office only
  • Location: In-Office | 555 St. Charles Dr., Suite 100, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360
  • Start Date: Monday, August 4, 2025
  • Training: 1 week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (paid training)
  • Regular Schedule: 9:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday
  • Compensation: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
  • Bonus Structure: Monthly performance-based bonuses available on top of your hourly rate!

Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer calls and emails related to billing, payments, and account status
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
  • Help customers resolve payment issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with team members to identify service improvements
  • Maintain high standards in quality assurance and compliance
  • Create positive customer experiences through active listening and effective communication

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience required
  • 1+ year of loan servicing and/or payment processing experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Working knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA regulations
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Cloud and Google Workspace tools
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset and professional attitude
