Job Summary:

The Compliance Analyst will assist with pre-legal, consumer, and commercial files for one of our clients.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and process complaints for internal ARSI accounts (pre-legal), as well as complaints for our legal partners. This entails reviewing the accounts escalated from the internal collectors and legal partners, placing accounts on compliance hold so collection efforts stop, escalating complaints to our clients within the appropriate time frame and closing complaints out in a timely manner. Additional tasks may be needed, such as complaint resolution letters and following up with internal employees to investigate matters.
  • Review and process disputes for our clients for internal ARSI accounts (pre-legal), as well as our legal partners.
  • Review and process fraud claims for our clients for internal ARSI accounts (pre-legal), as well as our legal partners.
  • Review client-related reports to ensure previous day work has been captured and submitted to the client.
  • Mail processing, printing letters, sending out documentation to the applicable parties.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of clerical procedures and systems.
  • Ability to work with team members and independently.
  • Ability to send out correspondence (i.e. Validation of Debt, Resolution Letters) to the consumer or their representation within the client allocated timeframe.
  • Strong working knowledge of personal computers including Microsoft Office
