Collection Representative

Bilingual Collection Representative (Spanish/English) – $18–$20/hr + Monthly Bonus
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM PST

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Bilingual (Spanish/English) Collection Representative to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have strong negotiation skills, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.

• Negotiate payment solutions while adhering to all federal, state, and client compliance standards.

• Manage an active portfolio of 250+ accounts and consistently achieve monthly collection goals.

• Research and verify account information through regulatory resources.

• Maintain detailed notes and schedules using our collection systems.

• Participate in training and team meetings to stay current on best practices and company standards.

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual Spanish/English (required).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experience in collections, telemarketing, sales, or call centers (preferred but not required).

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow compliance guidelines.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a structured, goal-driven environment.
