Job Summary
The successful candidate will be able to work independently in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. The Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides full cycle Human Resources support to operations teams in the US. In addition, this role is expected to identify opportunities and drive appropriate solutions, through project implementation, enhancing the HR functions effectiveness and cohesion. This role will work closely with business unit leaders, support functions and global business partners. A sharp analytical mind, business acumen, compassionate employee advocate, and strong work ethic are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR strategy while ensuring alignment to overall organizational and global business goals and objectives
- Drive employee retention efforts within dedicated business unit through rigor, leadership partnership, and constant evaluation of value-added initiatives that will impact the overall employee experience
- Broad understanding of business operations while acting as a consultant to leadership: advise leadership on people related matters that will drive revenue, improve retention, cultivate inclusion and diversity, increase employee satisfaction, and build a high performance and engaging work environment
- Assist with the administration of local benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and 1081 plan
- Partner with business leadership to drive results by creating new programs to accelerate the attraction, development, and retention of talent in a rapid growth environment
- Function as a thought partner and coach to key business leaders by engaging in the business strategy and translating it into an executable people agenda
- Drive the Employee Experience through the entire employee life cycle: Onboarding and Integration, Rewards and Recognition, Compensation, Learning & Development and Career Architecture
- Consult with leadership on Employee Relations matters
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years human resource management experience or a blend of HR experience
- Bilingual - English/Spanish
- Experience supporting both exempt and hourly employees
- Experience supporting call center, or back-office operations remotely and in office
- BPO experience a plus
