Position Description:

Firstsource is seeking a visionary VP – BPaaS Technology to drive innovation, strategic partnerships, and technology integrations that enhance our BPaaS solutions. This leader will be responsible for identifying and leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including AI, cloud computing, and automation, to create scalable, intelligent solutions for our healthcare payer clients. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, passionate about digital transformation, and experienced in leading complex integrations that optimize business processes and elevate customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy and Innovation:

• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI, cloud, automation, and digital transformation technologies to enhance BPaaS offerings.
• Partner with technology vendors and industry leaders to integrate best-in-class solutions into Firstsource's BPaaS platform.
• Drive innovation roadmaps and lead pilot programs to test new technologies before broader deployment.

Integration and Implementation Leadership:

• Lead all technology integrations for BPaaS clients, ensuring seamless deployment and scalability.
• Establish standardized integration frameworks, APIs, and automation solutions to streamline client onboarding.
• Work closely with implementation, operations, and IT teams to optimize cloud-based platforms for service delivery.

Governance and Oversight:

• Develop technology governance models to ensure compliance, security, and scalability.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between internal stakeholders, clients, and third-party technology providers.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting structures to track the success of technology initiatives.

Thought Leadership and Market Positioning:

• Represent Firstsource in industry forums, conferences, and client engagements as a thought leader in BPaaS technology.
• Develop whitepapers, case studies, and strategic insights on digital transformation in healthcare BPaaS.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position Firstsource as a leader in payer digital transformation.

Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, or IT strategy in the healthcare or payer industry.
• Proven expertise in cloud computing, AI-driven automation, data analytics, and API-based integrations.
• Experience managing large-scale technology implementations and vendor partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of payer platforms, claims processing, utilization management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to C-suite executives, clients, and internal teams.
• Agile, PMP, or SCRUM certification is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), RPA tools, and healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, EDI 837/835) is preferred.
