VP - Client Partner/Account Management – Mortgage

This position demands an in-depth understanding of the client’s business needs and challenges, and the ability to offer proactive solutions. Accountable for mining and achieving revenue targets in named accounts.

 

  • Expand our work and drive new capabilities in areas of the client’s mortgage business through offerings and services; Identifying and engaging on strategic opportunities
  • Advise and support clients, offering solutions and tactics to help achieve their business goals while also increasing company revenue.
  • Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
  • Ensure project members are sufficiently enabled to meet client expectations.
  • Propose actions to improve our performance metrices
  • Build and leverage relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effectively leverage internal resources and leadership
  • Develop a plan to proactively secure timely contract renewals.
  • Develop strategic plans that align with client priorities and emphasize tools and services that can improve efficiency
  • High level of client attention and support via a variety of communication methods

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Client Relationship Management/Account Management experience
  • Strong Background in Sales; 5-10 years
  • 5-10 years mortgage background
  • BPO/Global business knowledge/experience preferred
  • Experience in one of the following: Consulting Services, Business Process Outsourcing, or Information Technology solutions, services, and markets including knowledge of competitive offerings in mortgage vertical
  • Strong stakeholder management with business stakeholders and subject matter experts, able to create and deliver high-impact communication to senior audiences
  • A proven, sales professional with ability to develop trusted C-Level relationships
  • Ability to build credibility quickly with new clients within named accounts; relationship should be developed at the highest level in and across channels, lines of business, and buying centers
  • Confirmed experience in prospecting and developing new revenue streams within accounts
  • Proven experience in closing enterprise-wide complex sales solutions, by structuring integrated solutions that provide business decision makers value and support in achieving their strategic goals
  • High level of clock speed; ability to comprehend and problem solve by thinking and acting quickly on your feet
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationship
  • Ability to articulate a strong value proposition of Firstsource’s market leading capabilities at the executive level
  • Demonstrates presentation/written skills at an executive level; Excellent communicator who can formulate, oversee and implement account strategy and articulate the positive financial impact to client organization of partnering with Firstsource
  • High level of patience and integrity that builds dependable relationships both internally with Firstsource teammates and externally with prospective clients
