Role Description: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary SVP – Strategic Initiatives (UnBPO) to lead enterprise-wide transformation programs focused on next-gen, non-traditional BPO models. This leader will partner with senior stakeholders to identify, design, and scale strategic initiatives that drive digital innovation, enhance client outcomes, and pivot Firstsource into a future-ready, platform-led organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of UnBPO strategic initiatives aligned with Firstsource’s long-term vision.
- Shape and evolve enterprise transformation charters across verticals such as Healthcare, BFSI, and Customer Experience.
- Collaborating closely with the CEO and CXO-level executives.
Innovation & Transformation

- Drive AI-led automation, agent augmentation, and proprietary platform adoption across client operations.
- Identify white spaces to disrupt traditional service delivery with digital-first, agile models.
Stakeholder Leadership

- Collaborate with the C-suite, client partners, and digital COEs to ensure alignment, execution, and communication of strategic programs.
- Present business cases, roadmaps, and impact dashboards to internal leadership and clients.
Growth & Value Realization

- Translate strategy into measurable outcomes – including revenue growth, cost transformation, and enhanced CX/EX metrics.
- Lead M&A integration or partnership efforts for capability expansion, where relevant.
Team Leadership

- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team with expertise in strategy, consulting, automation, and transformation delivery.
Qualifications:
Education:
- MBA from a Tier-1 business school or equivalent.
- Background in management consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise strategy roles.
- Exposure to M&A, venture partnerships, or new business incubation a strong plus.
Experience:
- 18+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles driving enterprise strategy, transformation, or innovation in BPM, consulting, or technology.
- Proven track record in leading digital-first, high-impact initiatives beyond traditional outsourcing models.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, automation, platform strategy, and operational design in CX/Healthcare/BFSI domains.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in matrixed global environments and with cross-border teams.
