Role Description: As a Senior Vice President – Managing Partner, you will be overseeing all revenue growth, enhancing sales performance, and accomplishing targets. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership to establish revenue objectives and execute a comprehensive sales strategy. Additionally, the role carries the responsibility of aligning with and leveraging FSL's marketing strategy to augment the sales pipeline.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supports the Vertical Head and President in developing and executing business plans and strategies that meet financial, compliance, and overall business goals and objectives
- Drives growth and expansion of contact center, ensures operational excellence, and provides transformation value proposition to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Maximize new business development opportunities
- Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients through proposals and presentations
- Implement effective sales pipeline and lead tracking process
- Negotiate agreements for contracts with customers and ensuring commerciality.
- Achieve P&L targets; manage business unit resources to deliver EBITDA objective
- Define and monitor sales budget
- Develop and manage relationships and effectively interact with a range of stakeholders, to understand how sales can support business priorities
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure targeted profitability is met
- Leverage on market intelligence and create outreach programs for current and future clients and coordinate its implementation across sales channels, client management, and marketing and communications
- Responsible for team development and their growth in the function
Expected/Key Results
- Cost management - Effective budget vs. spend ratio (Function budget)
- Build sales pipeline / Increase in volume / number of new opportunities added to pipeline
- Increase in revenue from new businesses
- Increase in percentage of revenue from existing customers (cross-selling, upselling, repeat orders, expanded contracts, etc.)
- Business Transformation – Drive high value transformational deals
- Increase in sales force effectiveness
- Deliver on the targeted profitability of sales deals
- Increase in win ratio - Sales to qualified lead ratio / Increase in lead to sale conversion rate
- Build additional partnerships and relationships with trade bodies, analysts, customers, government / industry bodies
- Build new client relationships and sustaining existing client relationships
- Build strong internal stakeholder relationships as seen through IVOC / stakeholder feedback
Work Experience
- Minimum of 10+ collective years of leadership/sales experience as a Business/Practice Leader in industry related area and AI, Data, Analytics Consulting.
- Experience in managing and driving significant revenue growth in a vertical with a global delivery model; with knowledge in Analytics, AI, Data Consulting.
- Business foresight and the ability to strategize & demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify & develop strategic opportunities.
- Ability to work across boundaries and collaboratively work towards a “One Firstsource” identity.
- Ability to work and lead transformations in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to work with various teams and inspire them to deliver above and beyond.
- A professional presence with excellent senior management level presentation skills; Highly personable, experienced and consultative.
