Facilitator/Trainer-Revenue Management

Our trainer will plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities. This role will consult with training managers, operations leadership, and clients to develop performance improvement measures, conduct new hire training as needed, develop training materials, conduct training sessions for tenured employees, and coach/mentor operations associates.

You will help employees maintain and improve their job skills and prepare for jobs requiring greater skill. You will also serve as a stakeholder during the implementation of clients, products and solutions to ensure employees are set up for success during transitions.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Implementation
  • Leverage digital technology developments in delivering training programs
  • Implement innovative digital tools and platforms to facilitate engaging and effective training programs
  • Create training programs and prepare any learning materials needed
  • Analyze internal employee data to identify skills gaps and training needs
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand organizational goals and align training programs accordingly
  • Identify and eliminate barriers to training effectiveness throughout the training value chain
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless training experience for all employees
  • Evaluate employee performance to identify areas where skills improvement is needed
  • Develop strategies to address performance gaps and enhance overall employee capabilities

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Proven experience in training or a related role, with a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with the development of training materials including presentations, user manuals, and assessments
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Revenue Management (Early Out and Healthcare Collections)
  • Experience with EPIC strongly preferred
  • Classroom management skills
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
