Director - Testing

POSITION TITLE:  Testing Lead

Our healthcare Business Process as a Service solution unites best-in class technology, layered with healthcare expertise to deliver efficient, effective operations. We are looking to hire a Testing Lead to expand our Bpaas practice. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a significant impact in the healthcare sector while leveraging their technical and analytical skills.

Location: USA Remote

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Test Strategy and Test Design:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive Standard Test Strategy, Test Design and Test Plans to ensure thorough testing coverage and alignment with project requirements.
  • Reusable Test Assets Creation:
    • Develop and maintain a repository of reusable test assets, including Test Bids and Test Cases, to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency across projects.
  • Testing Automation Management:
    • Oversee the creation and management of a robust Testing Automation Suite to support both manual and automated testing processes, ensuring consistency and repeatability of testing outcomes.

Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience Testing for Healthcare Payer or Health plans, with focus in managing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex projects.
• Proven track record in managing testing efforts for configuration and custom development initiatives.
• Strong expertise in testing automation tools and frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing global teams—Required.
• Experience with HealthEdge HRP, HealthEdge Source, or HealthEdge GuidingCare—Strongly Preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality testing solutions.
