Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with banking, card-related inquiries, and remittance services. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products, card services, and remittance transactions.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
- Collaborate with team members and support departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous remote work experience required.
- Minimum 6 months of call center experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and card services.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of remittance processes.
- Ability to work flexible and shifting schedules.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
