Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with banking, card-related inquiries, and remittance services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team player, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding banking products, card services, and remittance transactions.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Meet quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and support departmental goals.

 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous remote work experience required.
  • Minimum 6 months of call center experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
  • Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of banking products and card services.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of remittance processes.
  • Ability to work flexible and shifting schedules.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in banking, financial services, or customer support environments.
  • Experience handling high-volume customer interactions.
