Reporting to: Team Leader -Operations

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr - $16/hr (based on experience)

Role Description: As healthcare professionals, we guide our clients through their healthcare environment ensuring they have access to the best resources available to them. Call Service Representatives provides new and existing members and providers with the best possible service in relation to billing, claims, enrolment, benefits, suggestions and complaints.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Managing a substantial influx of incoming calls related to Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries.

· Ensuring a deep understanding of how actions and performance impact the experience of our members.

· Utilizing web cameras for enhanced visibility during interactions.

· Embracing a flexible scheduling approach to accommodate dynamic healthcare demands.

Preferred Educational Qualifications

· High School diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred Work Experience

· Must have a private workstation to perform your work

· Must have Internet to include a router with Ethernet jack for connectivity to PC · Call Center experience

· Health insurance experience preferred

· Ability to navigate multiple computer screens

· Ability to answer Healthcare Member and Provider inquiries and type information into the computer system simultaneously
