Position Description:
Our healthcare Business Process as a Service solution unites best-in class technology, layered with healthcare expertise to deliver efficient, effective operations. We are looking to hire a Configuration Lead to expand our Bpaas practice. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a significant impact in the healthcare sector while leveraging their technical and analytical skills.
Location: USA Remote
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gold Configuration Development:
- Develop and maintain Gold Standard Configuration for benefits by line of business (LOB) to ensure consistency, reusability, and efficiency across multiple implementations.
- Implementation Playbook and Template Management:
- Create and manage comprehensive Implementation Playbooks and Configuration Prefilled Templates to streamline configuration processes and reduce implementation timelines.
- Standard Operating Procedures and Documentation:
- Establish and maintain Standard Processing Procedures specific to configuration, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and Process Maps to support consistent and scalable configurations.
- Certified Implementation Support:
- Oversee a team of certified resources to provide guidance, support, and expertise throughout client implementations.
- Manage team of Business Analysts in the following areas of expertise:
- Enrollment & Billing
- Provider Configuration
- Claims Processing
- Partner with business services teams to accelerate implementation projects and deliver consulting services to clients.
- Leadership and Resource Management:
- Lead a team of Business Analysts, Configuration Specialists, and Consulting Resources, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of high-quality configuration solutions.
Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Configuration for Health plan, Healthcare Payer TPA or Payer Configuration services with a track record of successful Business Configuration management and team leadership.
- Experience with HealthEdge HealthRules Payer (HRP) is required —Required.
- Experience with HealthEdge Source (Burgess) or HealthEdge GuidingCare would be added advantage
- Experience with other core admin platform configurations such as Facets, QNXT, etc. would be added advantage
- Proven experience managing and leading global teams.
- Proven experience in configuring Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Individual-Exchange lines of business.
- Demonstrated expertise in client management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
