Inbound Customer Service Advisor - Banking
Full-time: Permanent role, 37.5 hours per week
Location: Onsite in our Pontypridd office. Our newly opened site based on Pontypridd high-street has great public transport links and is surrounded by lots of local shops and café’s.
Salary: £12.33 per hour
Opening hours: 8.00am until 6.00pm Mon-Fri, 10.00am until 2pm Saturdays. No Sundays.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be based on our operational floors which are fun and energetic
  • First point of contact for our customer base across Savings inquiries and loan application queries
  • Welcoming our customer and setting a great first impression
  • Using multiple different computer systems
  • weekly one to one session with your team lead and a weekly team meeting where you will all get together and discuss performance levels, recognise strong contributions and celebrate success
