Job Summary
As a Customer Service Support Agent, you’ll be part of First Source regional contact center team, providing remote support to paramedics and healthcare professionals. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate communication between patients, providers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and internal staff.
Provide non-clinical support to paramedics and emergency response teams.
Document interactions accurately in electronic systems.
Route calls to appropriate departments or escalate urgent issues.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and Kaiser Permanente policies.
Support scheduling and coordination of patient services when needed.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable using multiple software systems simultaneously.
