Role Description: The role requires facilitating and ensuring that all Employee Engagement & Retention Activities for the assigned span are completed effectively and as per plan. It also requires partnering with business for the redressal of employee grievance, corrective action planning in case of performance /disciplinary issues, communication, facilitating rewards & recognition , driving completion of employee surveys, driving fun& CSR activities and other organizational initiatives. This is an individual contributor role with responsibility to review the existing processes and at the same time ensuring enhancement of the processes for better TAT. The role requires responding to requests for information and provides guidance on the correct place to access information. Would also be responsible for planning & executing the hiring strategy for staffing. Would oversee the coordination with workforce management as well as different department heads in identifying and filling gaps in manpower resources.
Roles & Responsibilities
Career Progression & Performance Management:
· Responsible for driving monthly performance management process and partnering with business for corrective action planning for bottom performers · Builds and maintain an atmosphere where coaching, counseling and feedback lead to better performance
· Communicate current job openings to all the employees and timely execution of Internal Job Postings
· Conduct the assessment centre for promoting Associates to the next level (G Grade) and manage the end to end process
· To support the Shared Service function with the full range of HR, Training & Recruitment administrative duties which includes Payroll , Benefits , Background Verification , Document Management and Attendance and Time keeping
· Should ensure that the identification, contracting and management of vendors that supplement functional and segment recruitment needs is effective and fulfills client/function head requirements.
· Responsible to create processes and experiences that grow the capacity of the organization's key people resources.
- Provide information to employees and/or directs them to the proper resource
- Transition non HR Shared Services work to designated person, transition HRSS work from field HR team
- Document processes
- Assist with Compliance support
- Collects, organizes, evaluates and analyzes employee data in preparation for annual reports Files/Document management
- Assists in responding to audits conducted by labor authorities, including preparation of responses and coordination with agency representatives, business entities, and internal and external legal counsel.
- Assist with the coordination of the Foreign Nationals when in India
- Maintains internal immigration files and supporting documents, to ensure legal compliance.
- Coordinates the processing of invoices to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Consistently maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable labor laws and regulations,
- Manage different HR systems
- Assist with various research projects and/or special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by HR management.
- Create and generate ad hoc weekly, monthly and pay period reports, that are used to support Human Resources metrics
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical systematic issues affecting HR functions
- Monitor HRIS workflow and audit for accuracy, security and efficient processing of HR/Payroll/Benefit functions.
- Perform customer service functions by responding to database user requests and questions
- Lead projects aimed at enhancing employee engagement and well-being, coordinating across teams to deliver impactful programs.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR workflows, using project management frameworks to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
- Data-Driven Insights and Reporting: Utilize analytics to provide insights into key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity. Design and maintain dashboards that track performance indicators, enabling data-driven decision-making. Analyze retention and engagement metrics to identify trends, offering actionable insights to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Predictive and Benchmarking Analytics: Apply predictive models to identify trends and forecast future HR needs while conducting benchmarking analyses to compare organizational performance against industry standards, recommending adjustments as necessary.
- Performance Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze employee performance data to identify development needs and provide evidence-based recommendations to support managers in enhancing team performance and productivity.
- Provides database security, system administration and design/alterations
- Assists with Human Resources metric reporting.
- HR metric analysis. Prepares and provides information on employee demographics, trends and projections.
- Maintains/updates system tables, passwords, organizations
- Requires a keen eye for detail regarding audits and compliance.
Role Holder Profile
Preferred educational qualifications: A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or an equivalent qualification in Human Resource.
