• End to end US payroll process management. This includes preparation of the monthly payroll inputs, validation of the same, Processing the payroll in Global View Payroll system of ADP.
• US termination processing.
• Timecards validation and preparation of the timecard input for payroll processing
• Payroll cost accounting – Accounting of the payroll cost in SAP post payroll closure, payroll payments entries accounting, Monthly payroll cost provisioning.
• Managing payroll and statutory compliance audit 
• Mis Reporting – Payroll variance analysis, payroll headcount report, overview of payroll and payroll cost, WOTC Reporting
• Review and managing year end payroll closure activities

Geography: Australia

• Overall payroll review and payroll payment processing.
• Statutory payment processing and maintaining statutory records / reports for audit
• Payroll cost accounting – Accounting of the payroll cost in SAP post payroll closure, payroll payments entries accounting, Monthly payroll cost provisioning.
• Managing payroll and statutory compliance audit 
• Mis Reporting – Payroll variance analysis, payroll headcount report, overview of payroll and payroll cost
