Debt collector’s job is to track down people who owe money from overdue bills and negotiate payment.
 
Process Requirement:
•    Voice process
•    Good communication skills
•    Performance & Client Incentives
•    Objection handling skills & Convincing Skills
•    Fixed weekend work offs
•    24*7 shifts
•    VnA assessment – 2.95 score
•    Typing skills: 15 wpm with 85 % accuracy
 
Eligibility criteria:
•    Minimum qualification - 12th / Graduate with 6 months of work experience (Age criteria 18+)
•    Any specialization (student with backlogs can apply)
•    Graduates (except B.Tech fresher with above 60%)
Post Graduates (except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)
