Process Requirement:

  • Chat Handling
  • Should be able to manager dual concurrency chat window
  • Performance and Sales incentives (Sales amount not to be disclosed)
  • Objection handling skills
  • 24*7 shifts
  • 2 days rotational work offs in a week
  • Good communication skills
  • Typing skills: 20 wpm with 90 % accuracy

 

Eligibility criteria:

  • Minimum qualification -12th (Age criteria 18+)
  • Any specialization (student with backlogs can apply)
  • Graduates (except B.Tech fresher with above 60%)
  • Post Graduates (except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)
