Email & phone etiquettes (Written & Verbal communication through phone and email) as and when needed
• Identifying correct query types such as disputes, payments, etc. (but not limited to) and resolving the same
• Targets set per hour on prompt responses must be met
• Ensure that the computerized records are captured accurately and maintained / entered in a manner as prescribed by the client / process
• Checks the data / query received from the client / vendor for complete details
• Solicits and compiles information and data related to processing activities
• Uses PC application and functions, such as MS Office / IE / Chrome or client specified systems / telephony platforms, to update data sets and execute queries
• Works efficiently towards achieving the SLA based on the client requirement and meets the specified quality standards
• Eye for detail / Analyze / Investigate & track reasons for any misses
• Examine, research and evaluate data for anomalies and to correct inconsistencies
• Maintaining confidentiality, verifying information, etc. as described / explained by the client
• Input data from bills into company software
• Navigate provider’s / vendor’s websites to access and harvest documents / bills
• Filter through emails sent by utility providers /vendors to access bills
• Input bill information for processing
• Coordinate with utility providers through phone and email to resolve bill issues
• Investigate bills missing from the provider websites and coordinate with utility providers to retrieve the missing bills
