Process Requirement:
- Chat Handling
- Should be able to manager dual concurrency chat window
- Performance and Sales incentives (Sales amount not to be disclosed)
- Objection handling skills
- 24*7 shifts
- 2 days rotational work offs in a week
- Good communication skills
- Typing skills: 20 wpm with 90 % accuracy
Eligibility criteria:
- Minimum qualification -12th (Age criteria 18+)
- Any specialization (student with backlogs can apply)
- Graduates (except B.Tech fresher with above 60%)
- Post Graduates (except LLB / Chartered Accountant / MBBS / ICWA)
