Site Operations
EUC Management:
- Lead and manage onsite EUC teams.
- Ensure timely and effective desktop / laptop / printer / VC / Wifi / peripheral support.
- Oversee incident, service request, and problem resolution performance.
- Escalation point for all end-user support issues in their respective sites.
Site IT Operations:
- Own all IT-related services and infrastructure at the site/building level.
- Act as the IT Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for respective site-level escalations.
- Perform regular site walks/health checks to proactively identify issues.
- Coordinate with other IT functions (network, infra, etc.) for site stability.
Service Management & Reporting:
- Track and report KPIs, SLAs, CSAT scores, and performance metrics for their site.
- Collaborate with central IT teams (Service Desk, Remote Support, Release Mgmt.) for seamless end-to-end service.
Customer / Stakeholder Engagement:
- Regularly interface with business leaders at their respective sites to understand IT needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct monthly site review meetings with stakeholders.
IT Asset Management (Hardware & Software)
- Own the complete IT asset lifecycle – from procurement, deployment, usage, and tracking to retirement / disposal.
- Maintain and govern a centralized, accurate IT Asset Repository (ITAM tools).
- Oversee asset tagging, movement tracking, inventory audits, and reconciliation across global sites.
- Collaborate with SDMs and EUC teams to ensure assets are allocated, decommissioned, or reassigned as per process.
- Implement periodic physical audits and maintain audit-readiness.
- Report on asset utilization, refresh cycles, and end-of-life planning for budget forecasting.
