Assistant Manager - Analytics

We at Firstsource analytics team are looking for pre-sales/solution advisors with 2-5 years of experience. The team-member will be responsible for 

a) Analytics pre-sales including RFP/RFIs response creation 
b) Building new capabilities including scoping, building & designing solutions leveraging data and AI/ML solutions
c) Sales-enablement, go-to-market strategy creation and execution and collaborating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external to the organization) 
d) The individual will also be required to hold front ending client interactions, on a case to case basis, for requirement gathering, product and capability demonstration and solution presentation. 

We are looking for the following skill sets with - 
1) The individual should have strong presentation and communication skills and works with diverse clients across geographies and business domains 

2) The individual should be experienced in a techno-functional role covering responsibilities like Project Scoping, POCs, Resource planning

3) Sound knowledge of AI/ML model development and deployment process.

4) Multi-tasking abilities
