About the role:
The job role will involve understanding Eligibility services business in detail, pain points and address the same through Analytics, Automation and other solutions by creating relevant use cases.
The resource needs to work closely with Eligibility services leads.
Post Eligibility, there will be extension of the same work on other provider business.
This is more of a lead role where the person will co-ordinate with different stakeholders and teams and comes with good Analytical thinking capability.
Why this cannot be served by existing people?
We do not have bandwidth availability of existing resources within the team with this kind of experience and hence seeking external hiring.
