About thr role :
The AVP – Technology is responsible for owning end to end responsibility of a large project, multiple small/medium projects or product ownership. He/she leads multiple cross-functional project/product teams and ensures timely delivery with right quality. This position is a techno-functional-managerial role. He/She is a problem solver that ensures delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Own Project / Program Management plan
- Identify problems and resolves them proactively
- Understanding of multiple Technology Architectures like MEAN, MERN
- Understanding of Cloud concepts – AWS, Azure
- Liaise with customer, internal stakeholders to ensure project is on track
- Approve Technology Architecture for the project
- Approve guidelines, coding best practices, automated testing strategies (unit testing, regression testing), for the team
- Ensure timely delivery, with quality
- Clearly communicate status, updates and plan to project leadership

Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 18+ years of experience.
