Job Title: Collections Advisor – Motor Finance

About Us:
FIRSTSOURCE partners with a well-known UK car finance company. We’re looking for Collections Advisors to help customers manage their payments and get back on track with their finances.
What You’ll Do:
- Take payments over the phone and find the best solution for customers.
- Build trust with customers by listening and offering support.
- Explain finance agreements and make sure customers understand their options.
- Follow regulations and treat customers fairly.
- Keep accurate records of customer information.
What You Need:
- At least one year of experience in a customer service or financial role (preferred but not essential).
- A customer-focused attitude with strong listening skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
- A positive approach to work and problem-solving.

- Annual salary of £25,646.40 - 40 hours a week
- Permanent role - with the majority of hours Monday to Saturday between 9am and 8pm
