Role – Customer Service Representative and Fraud Advisors

Pay – From £11.42 per hour

Hours - Monday to Sunday – Full time

Our opportunities

We partner with two of the top retail Banks in the UK and we are now expanding the team. Whether you join us in our Customer Service or Fraud operations, no two calls will be the same. With a range of queries, you will be the first point of contact for customers.

We have great opportunities for Customer Service and Fraud Advisors. For these roles, you’ll be receiving inbound calls from customers about topics such as banking details, direct debits, or fraudulent activities on their account.

 

Who we are looking for:

· Someone who is customer focused and wants to do their best for all their customers

· Has great listening skills

· Pro-active and will take full ownership of each of their customers queries

· Can tackle difficult or sensitive conversations with confidence and remain professional

 

For our Fraud advisors, you will also need to:

· Be eagle-eyed, have a keen eye for detail and investigation.

· Be comfortable asking the uncomfortable questions and challenge people with confidence.

· To act without hesitation when necessary and make independent choices.

 

*For these roles we do require that you have at least 6 months customer service experience. Additionally for our Fraud Advisor role, we require you to have previous experience in financial services or a another regulated industry*
