Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone (inbound/outbound)
• Perform extensive customer verification processes
• Efficiently navigate system tooling

Requirements:

• Advanced english level (verbal and written)
• At least 8 months of call center experience
• Customer service or collections experience desirable
• English only resumes
