POSITION TITLE: Recruitment Manager

Location: Ciudad de Mexico, CDMX

 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Manages recruitment process and staff for Firstsource Mexico.
  • Assists Director of Recruitment in developing department goals, objectives and processes.
  • Evaluates reports, processes, and results in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Collaborates with Operations/Management on staffing needs and process improvements.
  • Manages/maintains recruitment statistics and reporting.
  • Establish and manages relationships with external sources to assist with staffing demands.
  • Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
  • Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed

 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

 

 

3-5 years' experience in Recruiting

• 2+ years Recruiting in a call center environment

• Associates degree preferred

• Experience with working on HRIS systems preferred

• Strong knowledge of Human Resource functions as it relates to hiring

• Excellent oral and written communication skills- English

• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities

• Ability to effectively consult, coach and influence individuals and teams

• Excellent computer skills (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to work independently, but know when to escalate issues

• Works well with all levels of personnel

• Strong business knowledge and the ability to initiate and manage the change process
