Job Opportunity: Collections Representative
Start date: April 21st
Main Activities:
- Resolve payment deductions and disputes.
- Ensure timely invoice payments.
- Identify and prevent recurring payment issues.
- Process and reconcile daily payment entries.
- Apply payments in Workday and manage account balances.
- Provide regular A/R updates to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with receivables.
Schedule: 10 hrs per day (1hr lunch + 15min breaks x2)
Weekends off! *only with specific clients
Requirements:
- Advanced English level (verbal and written)
- At least 1 year of call center experience in a collections position
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Advanced KPI's understanding
- 1hr or less of commute time
- Job stability
