About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll guide and support a team of Customer Care Consultants, ensuring exceptional performance, service quality, and adherence to our values. You’ll use your coaching expertise, leadership capability, and passion for people development to create a positive, high-performing team culture.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Customer Care Consultants.
  • Provide effective, regular coaching to uplift individual and team performance.
  • Support team members in achieving quality, productivity, and customer experience goals.
  • Role-model behaviour aligned with Bupa’s values.
  • Drive engagement, enthusiasm, and cooperation across the team.
  • Make sound decisions under pressure and support team stability during peak periods.
