About the Role:

 

As a CSA, you'll handle inbound customer calls, assist with service queries, and provide fast, friendly, and accurate resolutions. Your role is vital in creating positive customer experiences by offering personal and efficient solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a variety of customer queries via phone.
  • Accurately update customer information in internal systems
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically in fluent English.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication.
  • Computer literacy (MS Outlook, Word, Internet)
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanour
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Entry-level applicants are welcome – full training provided.

Type: Full-Time On Site | Rotational Shifts (8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm & 11am-7pm, including Public Holidays)
Eligibility: Applicants must have full working rights in Australia
