Description: 

The Manager–Revenue Cycle is responsible in overseeing the employees who are working remotely or in an office.  This individual will evaluate the progress of the Early-Out Representatives maintaining employee records, quality assurance, etc.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct the daily activities of the department
  • Coordinate account inventories and report daily/weekly to the Operations Director
  • Monitor staff training
  • Maintain time and attendance records for staff
  • Coordinate and/or assume responsibilities for employees during absenteeism, heavy workloads/call volumes, etc.
  • Some travel may be required
  • Coordinate overtime to accommodate workloads when necessary
  • Report and document employee disciplinary problems to Operations Director and human resources
  • Conduct quality assurance measures (i.e. auditing accounts, employee productivity, assist with evaluations of employee work performance)
  • Work closely with client service manager to ensure performance matches client expectations and inventory flow properly through the cycle
  • Adhere to prescribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and the Employee Code of Conduct
  • Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program
  • Assist with other projects as assigned by management

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Epic Systems experience is required
  • Experience with patient accounting processes is required
  • Early Out and Healthcare Collections experience is required
  • Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers, staff, management and clients
  • Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Working knowledge of personal computers
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership abilities
