Job Title: AVP - Operations                                    

The AVP - Operations is responsible for effectively maximizing recovery on all inventories allocated to their department(s) through effective management. This position will develop and maintain all SLAs, KPIs, and Revenue goals while driving increased performance and providing excellent customer service to Provider clients.

Duties and Responsibilities;

• Develop and implement concepts and strategies that increase revenue and/or reduce costs
• Develop, maintain, and enhance client workflows with focus on increased revenue
• Develop, maintain, and monitor performance metrics
• Develop, maintain, monitor, and report projections and achievements
• Develop and monitor quality control procedures
• Create, Implement, and Maintain employee coaching/mentoring program(s)
• Continuously work to improve overall productivity efficiencies
• Lead client meetings and maintain client relationships
• Oversee insurance billing and follow-up processes and procedures
• Exceed Revenue targets
• Assist with other projects as assigned by management

Educational and Previous Experience Recommendations:

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 7 years experience within a large Healthcare facility required
• Preferred previous experience within Healthcare Facility PFS Department and/or Revenue Cycle Department
• Ability to effectively work and communicate with staff, all levels of management, outside agencies and clients
• Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous and professional manner at all times
• Ability to stay on-task with little or no management supervision
• Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment
• Reliability of task completion and follow-up
• Demonstrate leadership qualities
