Support Specialist

Location: Laporte, IN

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Description:    This Client Service Representative is responsible for assigned clerical tasks.  These will include but are not limited to data entry, filing, copying, scanning, mail, reconciliation, client communication, E-mail responses, etc.  Other duties will be assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Ability to effectively work and communicate with coworkers
  • Ability to present oneself in a professional and courteous manner at all times
  • Working knowledge of personal computers
  • Must have working experience with office equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Possess excellent organization skills
  • Reliability of task completion and follow-up

 

Required Responsibilities:

 

  • Data entry
  • Ensure that the information entered is loaded into the system with minimal errors
  • Scan (If local)
  • Copying (If local)
  • Mail
  • Meet daily productivity goals and objectives assigned by management on a daily basis
  • Maintain confidentiality of account information at all times
  • Adhere to the subscribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook and the Employee Code of Conduct
  • Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program
  • Maintain a neat and orderly workstation
  • Assist with other projects as assigned by management
