Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Crowd Outreach (Growth) professional to build, scale, and manage a high-performing crowd ecosystem to support business growth and delivery execution. The role will focus on crowd acquisition, community building, campaign management, and seamless delivery execution through internal and external crowd channels.


Key Responsibilities

Crowd Building & Outreach

  • Design and execute crowd outreach strategies to build and scale internal and external crowd communities.

  • Manage multiple crowd ecosystems including:

    • Internal employee communities

    • External owned crowd

    • External partner and global crowd platforms

  • Drive feet-on-street and community-based outreach initiatives to expand crowd reach across geographies.

Campaign Design & Management

  • Plan, design, and execute crowd acquisition and engagement campaigns.

  • Track campaign performance, optimize outreach strategies, and ensure high conversion and retention rates.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams for branding, messaging, and communication strategies.

Delivery & Execution

  • Own end-to-end delivery execution through crowd-based models.

  • Set up projects, onboard crowd resources, and ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and SLAs.

  • Coordinate with delivery, operations, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Work closely with clients to understand requirements and translate them into scalable crowd solutions.

  • Manage expectations, provide regular updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

Solutioning & Costing

  • Design scalable crowd-based delivery solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Prepare cost models, pricing frameworks, and effort estimations for crowd-led engagements.

  • Support pre-sales and growth initiatives with solutioning inputs.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Build and manage outreach, operations, and crowd management teams.

  • Manage freelancers, vendors, and partner crowd ecosystems.

  • Drive performance, productivity, and engagement across teams.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in crowd platforms, gig economy, freelancer management, or crowd-based delivery models

  • Proven expertise in crowd outreach, community building, and campaign management

  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills

  • Strong solutioning, costing, and project setup experience

  • Hands-on experience with feet-on-street outreach and field activation models

  • Leadership skills with experience in team building and people management

  • Strong analytical, communication, and execution skills


Preferred Background

  • Experience in BPO, platform-led services, digital operations, or crowd-based delivery organizations

  • Exposure to global crowd platforms and partner ecosystems

  • Prior experience in growth, marketing, or delivery roles with crowd dependency.
