Role Description:

The HR Executive will be part of the Human Resources team, supporting advancements within HR functions to align with the rapidly evolving future of work. This role involves researching emerging trends, assisting in the implementation of new tools and processes, gathering feedback, supporting change management initiatives, and contributing innovative ideas to ensure the organization remains relevant in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·         Research Emerging Trends: Conduct research and analyze industry practices on evolving ways of working, technological advancements, and workforce expectations.

·         On-Ground Support for Implementation: Assist in rolling out new tools, technologies, and processes within the HR function.

·         Innovative Idea Generation: Contribute ideas for improving employee experience,  engagement, and productivity through innovative approaches.

·         Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to align efforts with organizational goals.
