Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to support the implementation of CCaaS and digital transformation solutions.
  • Generate reports and insights to help clients make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with the development team to integrate data analytics into solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in a BPM or contact center environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of CCaaS solutions, digital transformation technologies, and AI/generative AI technologies.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
