About the Team
You will join Firstsource’s Management Consulting practice, a collaborative, high-performance team that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Our consultants work across sectors to co-create solutions with clients, leveraging cross-functional expertise and a culture of continuous learning.

Role Summary

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead workstreams on mid-sized engagements, mentor Consultants, and drive both delivery and initial solution design—shaping win themes and go-to-market approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workstream Leadership: Own key modules—define approach, assign tasks, and ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Customer Journey & Process Design: Lead As-Is/To-Be mapping workshops, develop customer journey maps, and translate findings into solution concepts.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as primary contact for mid-level stakeholders; run workshops and steering-committee sessions.
  • Proposal & GTM Support: Help develop proposal win themes, draft compelling sales pitches, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
  • Team Coaching & QA: Mentor Consultants, conduct quality reviews, and foster best-practice adherence.
  • Knowledge Management: Refine internal tools, document new methodologies, and turn project experiences into case studies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree strongly preferred.
  • 4–7 years in management-consulting or strategy projects (digital, operations, analytics).
  • Proven ability to lead small teams, multi-task, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Familiarity with project-management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and analytics software.
  • Strong business acumen and comfort engaging with client leadership.
