Position Title: MuleSoft Solution Architect- India

POSITION SUMMARY (the reasons the position exists; a summary of what the is position is responsible for):

 

The MuleSoft Solution Architect– India is a business facing role that will help grow organisation and subsidiaries

MuleSoft platform globally. This position will partner with product owners, business leaders, and oversee the quality of new developments. This is a business facing position that will design full MuleSoft processes with customers and key stakeholders as well as collaboration with world-class teams in the US. The MuleSoft

Solution Architect will act as a trusted advisor to provide streamlined and efficient solutions using the MuleSoft AnyPoint platform.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (indicate 5-10 key responsibilities/tasks that effectively describe the

position; List from most important to least important):

 

  • Leverage a strong understanding of MuleSoft AnyPoint platform to oversee the growth of organisation MuleSoft solutions
  • Translate product vision and business objectives into robust services, systems, and solutions
  • Collaborate with the product owner to identify improvements to the customer experience and recommend core capabilities
  • Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation and formulating project timelines
  • Design relevant architecture documentation, diagrams, process flows, use case definitions, and produce the roadmap to support the recommended approaches
  • Create application architecture and develop end to end solutions that achieve the customer’s objectives that are performant, scalable, secure, and maintainable
  • Lead the production of technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
  • Oversee the delivery with a combination of in-house development teams and strategic partners
  • Be a strategic advisor on MuleSoft capabilities and strategies
  • Guide resources assigned to the project that are responsible for the implementation
  • Responsible for identifying future business needs and preemptively planning for system integrations or changes
  • Identify potential assumptions and risks associated with emerging and new technologies and applications and define mitigation strategy
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

 

  • Extensive knowledge of MuleSoft capabilities gained from a role as functional analyst, technical or solution architect in new Cloud set up
  • Understands business requirements and can convert them into solution designs
  • Ability to mentor on best practice principles and frameworks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to articulate and present on various technologies
  • Demonstrable ability to influence, lead, and build partnerships
  • Must be detail oriented and can effectively manage and prioritize tasks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - (technical knowledge, skills and abilities an employee needs to successfully perform the position level; please distinguish between “required” and “preferred”)

 

 

  • 10+ years of experience in integration architecture with Strong understanding of API management, RESTful and SOAP web services, and message queuing.
  • Knowledge of enterprise service buses (ESBs) and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experienced with Security models and their implementation patterns within Integrations.
  • Sound understanding of MuleSoft Platform Architecture.
  • Proficiency with multiple integration platforms and middleware (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, , Microsoft Azure Integration Services,)
  • Experience working with different ERPs & Salesforce Integrations with MuleSoft.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential integration issues are addressed proactively.
