Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced Solutions Manager to work alongside our passionate sales team. As a

solutions manager, you will be required to conduct discovery calls with our Sales, draft and deliver presentations,

demonstrate the features of company products, and create customized software solutions for the client. Should

have in-depth knowledge of software and infra, a passion and high-level communications skills.

Responsibilities:

· Conducting client discovery calls with sales team.

· Meeting with clients to discuss their needs.

· Meeting with internal stakeholders to discuss resources (human, infra and software).

· Strategizing with the CRMs to create customized solutions.

· Drafting and delivering presentations on targeted software products.

· Designing customized technology solutions for the customer (Technical Solutions Document, Technical

Architecture etc.,).

· Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved

· Supporting the sales team with all technical related queries.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering, preferably with MBA.

· 10 years of experience as part of Presales/Solutions team in Healthcare (Must).

· Should be willing to work and support in US hours also.

· Familiarity with business infra and software systems.

· High-level communication skills.

· Exceptional interpersonal skills.

· Ability to create big-picture software solutions.

· Presentation skills - Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.

· Attention to detail.
