About the Team
You will join Firstsource’s Management Consulting practice, a collaborative, high-performance team that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Our consultants work across sectors to co-create solutions with clients, leveraging cross-functional expertise and a culture of continuous learning.
Role Summary
As a Consultant, you’ll join strategic engagements in digital transformation, operations, and analytics. You’ll drive structured problem-solving and support both delivery and early-stage solution development, helping build our consulting infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Problem Framing & Hypothesis Development: Break down complex challenges into workstreams and testable hypotheses.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data (process metrics, financials, customer journeys) to surface root causes and recommendations.
- As-Is/To-Be Mapping: Document current-state processes and design future-state process maps and system definitions.
- Deliverable Creation & QC: Draft client-ready slides, reports, and dashboards; facilitate peer review and sign-off.
- Knowledge Management: Contribute to internal repositories—capture learnings, draft case studies, and help refine methodologies and tools.
- Client Liaison: Work with client teams to understand business drivers, coordinate workshops, and align on next steps.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/master’s in engineering, management, economics, or related; MBA from a premier B-school preferred.
- 2–4 years in consulting, analytics, or industry; digital/operations experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; SQL or Python/R experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable facilitating client discussions.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
