Minimum Criteria: 
  • All H2 grade employees can apply. It will be a lateral movement.

  • Performance rating of CME or above in the last 6 months.

  • No documented disciplinary issues/PIP in the last 6 months.
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer queries regarding plans, inquiries about product and services.

  • Exhibit proper communication skills and formation of language while answering customer queries.

  • Exhibit politeness and promptness while influencing and convincing customers regarding a plan, product, and services related to a product.

  • Possess the required amount of technical knowledge to solve client problems regarding technical issues.

  • Able to do multitasking while handling several customers at the same time, communicating well and finding a proper plan and a product for every customer according to their requirement.

  • Must be well informed about their products and plans in order to pitch it in front of customers and convincing them to actually buy it.

  • Performance oriented – works efficiently towards customer satisfaction and achieving specified target based on the process requirement while meeting quality standards.

  • Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to security and compliance norms laid out.
Educational/Professional Qualifications:
  • HSC / Graduate Freshers

  • HSC / Graduate with more than 6 months of work experience (Voice / Non‑Voice)
