Respond to customer queries regarding plans, inquiries about product and services.

Exhibit proper communication skills and formation of language while answering customer queries.

Exhibit politeness and promptness while influencing and convincing customers regarding a plan, product, and services related to a product.

Possess the required amount of technical knowledge to solve client problems regarding technical issues.

Able to do multitasking while handling several customers at the same time, communicating well and finding a proper plan and a product for every customer according to their requirement.

Must be well informed about their products and plans in order to pitch it in front of customers and convincing them to actually buy it.

Performance oriented – works efficiently towards customer satisfaction and achieving specified target based on the process requirement while meeting quality standards.
