Job Description: Sr. Customer Support Executive

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Customer Support Executive to handle international customer queries via calls, chats, or emails. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills and experience managing global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently (voice/chat/email).

  • Provide accurate information and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Escalate complex cases and document interactions.

  • Achieve quality and performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an international process (US/UK/Canada/Australia).

  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts/night shifts.
