Job Role: Customer Support Associate / Senior Customer Support Associate (Voice Process)

Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Who We're Looking For

• Any Undergraduate (10+2)/ Graduate/ Postgraduate is eligible to apply.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Contact Center, or Support Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook,  Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
• Comfortable working 5 days a week from the office with 2 rotational week-offs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to customer inquiries through Phone, Email, Chat, and Social Media channels.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely, and professional resolutions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when required.
• Consistently deliver a positive customer experience while achieving quality and productivity targets.
