Assistant Manager - Ops Risk and BCM

Functional:

• Manage the global Operational Risk Program
• Work with Operations leads across geographies and document Common Minimum standards of risk and controls
• Review contracts and extract relevant obligations, including service level agreements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Operations and Support Functions to ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
• Monitor contract performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify non-compliances and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate them
• Hands on experience in conducting detailed Process Risk and Control Assessments in the Collections, CMT, Technology service lines.
• Conduct detailed Issue Root Cause analysis and suggest remediation
• Strong coordination with the Internal and External Audit teams and ensure that the audit findings are remediated in a timely manner.
• Plan and organize ongoing Operational risk awareness events across the Business units
• Strong Issues and Complaints Management experience.
• Identifies emerging issues that have potentially major implications for Collections, CMT Business Units.
• Establish and manage the Operational risk governance and reporting for the overall program.
