• HSC / Graduate with more than 6 months of work experience

Description – External

• Respond to customer queries regarding plans, inquiries about product and services.
• Exhibit proper communication skills and formation of language while answering customer queries.
• Exhibit politeness and promptness while influencing and convincing customers regarding a plan, product and services related to a product.
• Possess required amount of technical knowledge to solve client problems regarding technical issues.
• Able to do multitasking while handling several customers at the same time, communicating well and finding a proper plan and a product for every customer according to their requirement.
• Must be well informed about their products and plans in order to pitch it in front of customers and convincing them to actually buy it.
• Performance oriented – works efficiently towards customer satisfaction and achieving specified target based on the process requirement while meeting quality standards.
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to security and compliance norms laid out.
• Must be comfortable with 24/7 US rotational shifts and 2 rotational week offs.
