Role & Responsibilities: 

  1. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns. 

  1. Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals. 

  1. Evaluate and improve existing BI systems. 

  1. Must have worked in Training and Quality Reports, insights, Analysis 

  1. Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and macros. 

  1. Expert in using advanced level calculations on the data set 

  1. Create visually compelling and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI to present data insights. 

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs. 

  1. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate periodic reports for management. 

  1. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting processes. 

  1. Assist in the automation of reporting processes to improve efficiency. 

  1. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance reporting capabilities. 

  1. Good communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with the client teams, and with internal teams. 

 

Educational/Professional Qualifications:

Required Skills: 

1. Excel (Advanced) – Pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas 

2. Power BI (Basic) 

3. Data Cleaning & Transformation 

4. Dashboard Development 

5. Macros & VBA (preferred)
